Download and installation help

Choose the right official channel, check the current requirements, then follow the instructions for your device. Installation methods and available features differ across platforms.

Open official downloads
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
Use the App Store link on the relevant card. Availability and system requirements depend on your device and storefront; do not assume the phone listing and TV build have the same requirements.
Mac
Use the Mac card for the direct DMG download and its current release details. Follow the installation instructions below the selected card; stop and ask support if a security warning or requirement is unclear.
Windows
The Windows card obtains its installer link from the official release feed. Check the available package and requirements before running it; if the information you need is not listed, ask support.
Android phones, tablets and TVs
Use the APK linked by your device's card. Check the current release requirements and your manufacturer's installation rules. A TV card is not a guarantee that every Android TV, TV box or projector is supported.
Linux
Review the published installer source and current requirements before using the command on the Linux card. It runs a downloaded script with administrator privileges; your architecture and service manager must match the release requirements.

Where do I get the official download?

Open the official download page and select your device's card. Use its App Store link, download button or Linux instructions. The Android and Android TV cards read the same APK release source; this does not mean every TV or projector is compatible. Avoid third-party repackaged installers.

How do I check whether my device is compatible?

Compare your device's operating system and architecture with the current requirements on the selected card and its linked release source. For Apple devices, also check the App Store listing for your device and region. If requirements are missing or unclear, ask support before installing; a downloadable file alone does not establish compatibility.

Why is a download button missing or still loading?

Windows and Android download links appear after JavaScript loads their official release details. Enable JavaScript, use Reload release details if an error is shown, and check the source link beneath the card. If the source cannot be reached, try again later or contact support rather than using an old installer from another site. Mac and App Store links remain available without JavaScript.

What if installation is blocked or a security warning appears?

Keep operating-system security checks enabled. If the source, publisher or warning is unclear, stop and contact support with your operating-system version, the app version if known, and the exact message. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or tokens.

Account & Billing

How do I change my password?
On the login page, select 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions in the reset email to set a new password.
How do I cancel my subscription?
For App Store subscriptions: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and cancel from there. For web subscriptions: Visit your Dashboard > Subscription and manage your plan.
Can I use one account on multiple devices?
Check your account's current membership details for the device allowance and any applicable data limit. Registered devices, simultaneous connections and data usage are different measurements; do not infer one from another.
How do I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
You can switch your billing period from the Pricing page or your Dashboard. Annual plans save 25% compared to monthly billing.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Why is my connection slow?
Try switching to a server closer to your location. Connection speed depends on server distance, network conditions, and your ISP. Our servers are optimized for performance, but physical distance matters.
The app won't connect. What should I do?
1. Check your internet connection without KazeGo. 2. Try a different server location. 3. Restart the app. 4. Make sure you have an active subscription. 5. If the issue persists, contact support.
What should I check after the connection drops?
Check the current connection status and your app's connection settings. Interruption behavior and protection controls vary by app and operating system; do not assume all traffic is blocked. If you need to stop network access, use your device's normal network controls.
Which server should I choose?
If your app offers automatic server selection, you can start there. For manual selection, compare currently available locations and latency. A nearby location or lower latency does not guarantee higher speed or access to a particular service.

Security & Privacy

Does KazeGo keep logs of my activity?
We do not log what you do while connected: no browsing history, DNS queries, destinations, or traffic content. Like any internet service, our servers briefly retain ordinary access logs, including the request's network address and arrival time, for security and abuse prevention. They are not used to profile your activity.
What encryption does KazeGo use?
Traffic sent between your device and our service is protected in transit using modern, industry-standard cryptography.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store your payment details. All payments are processed securely by Apple (App Store) or Stripe (web), both of which are PCI-DSS compliant.
