Two needs. More connection choices.

Residential IP. A connection back to China.

A home-network exit when you need residential IP. A separate route back to mainland China when you are abroad. Choose the connection that fits your situation.

Help me choose

Start with what you need.

Residential IP describes the exit. Connecting back to China describes the destination. KazeGo offers both options, separately.

Choose residential IP

Look for an available residential option when a home-network exit is what your task calls for.

Connect back to China

Abroad and looking for a connection to mainland-China services? Explore the separate return option.

Choose for your destination

Review the current options for your account rather than relying on a fixed country list.

Abroad? Find a connection back to China.

KazeGo includes a separate mainland-China return option. It is a direction to consider when you are overseas and need a connection to services back home.

Member-shared residential exits and the separately operated mainland-return route are different options. A return route is not automatically residential; eligibility, app support and availability vary, and individual services may still restrict access.

Get the official app

Before you connect

Match the option to your task, then check the result.

  1. Start with your app and account

Use the official download for your device and sign in. Check which residential or mainland-return options your app and current membership offer; do not assume the same options appear on every device.

  2. Choose for the exit you need

For a residential-IP exit, check the listed destination and exit type. For mainland-China services while abroad, look for the separate return option. A country name alone does not establish that an exit is residential.

  3. Check the service you actually need

After connecting, try the intended website or app normally. A connected status is not proof that a particular service is available; its account, region and security rules still apply.

Have a connection to contribute?

Residential sharing lets participating members contribute their home connection. Hosting and using an exit are different roles.

Your connection, your decision

Only enable sharing in a supported app after reviewing what it means. Do not share a connection you are not authorized to contribute.

Keep control of participation

Use the app's Network Sharing control to turn participation off, and confirm its current status. Contact support if the state is unclear.

Know what you are sharing

Other members' connections can leave through your home IP and use your bandwidth. A residential address is not an anonymity guarantee. Keep destination-site security protections enabled and review our privacy policy.

Residential IP and return connections: your questions

Which option should I choose for mainland-China services while abroad?

Start with the separate mainland-return option, where your app and account offer it. Choose residential IP when the exit network needs to be residential, not merely because you want to connect back to China. Check the destination's own access requirements; neither choice guarantees access to a particular service.

Which membership do I need?

Use a signed-in account eligible for the route you select. Shared residential options and the separate mainland-return option can have different membership requirements; check the current app and subscription information.

Which destinations can I choose?

Residential supply changes as participating connections become available. Check the current options for your account; the mainland-China return option is listed separately.

Are residential IP and connecting back to China the same thing?

No. Residential describes the type of exit network; return-to-China describes the connection direction. Choose the option for your purpose, and do not assume every return route is residential.

Why can't I find the option I need?

Check that you are signed in, review your current membership and confirm that your app supports the option. Residential destinations depend on participating connections being available; mainland return is a separate offering. If the option is still missing, contact support rather than assuming a different route is equivalent.

Why is a service unavailable even though the app says connected?

First check whether you selected the route for your purpose. Then check the destination service's account and region requirements and keep its security checks enabled. If the issue continues, send support your app version, operating system, selected option and error message. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, tokens or private browsing records.

Does residential IP make me anonymous?

No. An exit address is only one part of a connection. Use HTTPS where available, keep device protections enabled and review the privacy policy rather than treating residential IP as complete anonymity.

Does sharing use my bandwidth?

Yes. Traffic relayed through your connection uses home bandwidth and may affect other activity. Review the current sharing controls and leave sharing off if it does not suit your household.

What about sharing rewards?

Check your account's current points rules and eligibility. Features and actions can vary by app version; do not treat sharing as guaranteed earnings.

How do I stop participating?

Turn Network Sharing off in the supported app and confirm that it shows sharing as off. If the control or status is unclear, contact support before continuing.
